Customer support specialist
We are looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join LEI Register India, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients by providing empathetic, clear, and efficient support.

Work Experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years Experience in BPO.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Language: English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Processing LEI applications by doing due diligence and documents verification.
- Actively listen to customers, understand their needs and concerns, and provide empathetic and professional support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, company policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
